How we calculate traditional Service Desk costs

  • Each user will log an average of one ticket per month.
     

  • Number of agents is based on average tickets processed by each agent per day.
     

  • Agent costs are based on UK minimum wage plus employment costs.
     

  • Minimum of 3 x agents required for 24/7/365 coverage.
     

  • Based on resource salary costs only, excludes license and tooling costs.
